Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in a course, booking a trial class, or otherwise using the services provided by Universal Quran Center ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all students, parents or guardians enrolling on behalf of a minor, and visitors to our website.
2. Enrollment & Classes
Enrollment is confirmed once a free trial class is completed (where applicable) and the first payment is processed. Class schedules are set collaboratively between the student (or parent/guardian) and the assigned instructor.
We reserve the right to reassign instructors when necessary to maintain teaching quality or accommodate scheduling changes, with reasonable notice provided in advance.
3. Class Conduct & Etiquette
Students and parents are expected to treat instructors with respect, join classes on time, and maintain an appropriate learning environment. Repeated disruptive behavior, harassment, or abuse toward staff may result in suspension or termination of enrollment without refund.
4. Payments & Refunds
Fees are billed according to the plan selected at enrollment (monthly or annual) and are due in advance of each billing cycle. Prices are listed on our Fee Structure page and are subject to change with prior notice to existing students.
Refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle may be issued at our discretion in cases of documented hardship or service failure on our part. Trial classes are free and non-refundable by nature.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Students may reschedule a class with at least 12 hours' notice, subject to instructor availability. Standard and Intensive plan students receive complimentary makeup classes for missed sessions; Starter plan students may reschedule directly with their instructor.
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from your account with no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, recordings, curricula and content provided by Universal Quran Center remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. Materials are provided for personal educational use only and may not be redistributed, resold or publicly shared without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Universal Quran Center strives to provide high-quality, reliable instruction but does not guarantee specific learning outcomes, as progress depends on individual effort and consistency. We are not liable for technical issues arising from third-party video conferencing tools or the student's internet connection.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
